With more than 17 years of experience in market expansion, revenue growth, and driving business and digital transformation in the CPG, retail, and FinTech sectors, Julien brings the strategic vision of a global market leader combined with the agility of an innovative start-up.

At a leading global consumer goods manufacturer, he led a CHF 1.4 billion profit and loss (P&L) operation , achieved triple-digit category growth , built high-performing teams , and developed innovative go-to-market strategies that transformed multiple markets. He also developed global partnerships with McLaren, Tomorrowland , and leading Swiss retailers. In the world of startups and SME consulting, he has driven international expansion and forged strategic alliances across multiple industries.

Since April, Julien has already tackled the following topics:

• Redesigning the Swiss market strategy for sustainable growth.

• Reorganization and strengthening of the Swiss team to ensure the right structure and the right talent for the future.
