2.3 Lime
Our website uses Lime Connect, a live chat software from Userlike UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Probsteigasse 44-46, 50670 Cologne, Germany (“Userlike”). We use Lime Connect to optimize our customer support through the live chat offered on our website. To ensure the functionality of the software, Userlike stores a cookie about the application status in your browser. Its sole function is to provide the chat service. In addition to technical details about widget and messenger status, the cookie contains IDs of existing contacts so they can be recognized during a subsequent visit (“uuid”, “token”, “blocked”, “client_name”, “client_email”).

This cookie is on your domain and cannot be used by Userlike to track visitors in any way.

  • Purpose: Used to capture data when the chat is used.

Our website uses Google Tag Manager, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google Tag Manager”). We use Tag Manager to manage the Tools and external services used on our website, allowing the use of tags. A tag is a code element stored in the website’s source code to control which pages, services, or tools are activated and loaded in which order. In some cases, data is processed on a Google server in the USA.

3.3 Google Analytics 4
Our website uses the web analytics service Google Analytics 4, a service from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google Analytics 4”). If you have not consented to the use of analytics tools, your data will not be collected by Google Analytics 4.

Google Analytics 4 uses JavaScript and pixels to read information on your device and cookies to store information. This is used to analyze user behavior and improve our website. The access data is compiled by Google on our behalf into pseudonymous user profiles and transferred to a Google server in the USA. We process this information to evaluate your use of the website and compile reports on website activity.

The data collected by Google Analytics 4 is enriched with data from Google Search Console and linked with data from Google Ads, particularly to measure the success of our advertising campaigns (so-called conversions).
