OUR COMMITMENT TO INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY

On this International Women's Day, we take a moment to celebrate not only the incredible women at LEASETEQ, but also the strength, power, and resilience each woman brings to our workplace. With almost 50% of our workforce located in Switzerland, Austria, and Germany, we are proud to promote diversity, inclusion, and empowerment.

In Austria, we have achieved a significant milestone—a perfect 50/50 gender balance. This achievement underscores our commitment to creating a truly inclusive workplace where everyone, regardless of gender, has the opportunity to thrive.

Empowerment is at the heart of our mission. It's about more than just feeling powerful; it means taking charge of your own life, supporting others, and harnessing our collective strength to drive meaningful change. We proudly stand behind SDG Goal 5 : "Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls." Our commitment goes beyond providing equal opportunities for women in the workplace; it's about creating an environment where every woman can realize her full potential, lead confidently, and inspire others to do the same.

This year, we are proudly supporting the Frauenhaus Foundation in Zurich and contributing to their important work helping women in need. This reflects our broader commitment to ensuring that all women receive the support and resources they need—not just to succeed, but to thrive.

Our leadership team reflects this belief, with women in key positions—including two Country Heads and one member of the Executive Committee. We also understand that true empowerment comes from the freedom and flexibility to balance work and personal life. That's why we place a high value on work-life balance and offer hybrid and part-time options to support mothers after parental leave.

While we celebrate women, we also recognize that achieving true equality is a collaborative effort. Men play a critical role in creating inclusive environments and advocating for fairness.
