NEW COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTORS OF LEASETEQ AG

We are pleased to announce another milestone in the development of our company and welcome Robert Oudmayer, a highly experienced expert in consumer finance and leasing, as our new Chairman of the Board of Directors.

We would like to sincerely thank our current and new members for their dedication and tireless commitment to the success of our organization. In particular, Jan Reinhart for his valuable work as former chair and now as a member. Prof. Dr. Patrick L. Krauskopf is moving to the Advisory Board, and we would also like to thank him for his impassioned advice.
